These terms explain how you may use the CALIADNE website and the digital products we offer. Please read them carefully. By using the website or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms.
1. About CALIADNE
CALIADNE is operated by Phoenix 33 Pty Ltd (ABN 31 685 654 488), Australia. These documents use “CALIADNE” to refer to our digital wellness brand, and “we”, “us” and “our” to refer to its operator, Phoenix 33 Pty Ltd.
Website: caliadne.com.au. Contact: hello@caliadne.com.au.
2. Using the website and your account
You may create an account to use features such as My Library. Please provide accurate details, keep your sign-in details secure and let us know promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission. We may suspend accounts that are used unlawfully or in breach of these terms.
3. Our digital products
CALIADNE offers premium digital wellness guides, interactive planners and printable PDF editions. Our current products are The Longevity Blueprint, The Sleep & Recovery Edit, The 30-Day Glow & Reset, The Everyday Wellness Planner and The CALIADNE Essentials Collection.
All products are digital downloads; nothing physical is shipped. Each individual product includes an interactive digital PDF edition and a printable PDF edition. The CALIADNE Essentials Collection includes all four products — eight PDF editions in total.
We take care to describe products accurately. Previews show selected sample pages and are representative of the product.
4. Prices
Catalogue prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD). Where GST applies to a purchase by an Australian customer, advertised prices include that GST; GST is not added on top. For eligible transactions sold through Stripe/Link as merchant of record, Stripe/Link issues payment receipts or invoices and accounts for applicable indirect tax under the relevant regional terms and supported coverage. Overseas purchases do not necessarily attract Australian GST; tax treatment depends on the transaction, customer location and applicable law. Where checkout is offered, checkout shows the currency, any applicable taxes and the final total before you confirm payment; international presentation depends on customer location and the payment provider. Review that total before purchasing. We may change prices from time to time; changes do not affect orders already accepted.
Products are sold individually or as a one-time CALIADNE Essentials Collection purchase. There are no subscriptions, automatic renewals or recurring charges.
5. Checkout, payment and order acceptance
Where checkout is offered, Stripe is our payment provider. For eligible Managed Payments transactions sold through its service, Stripe, via Link, acts as merchant of record under the payment terms shown at checkout. Please review those payment terms before confirming your purchase. Stripe/Link handles billing, payment information, receipts or invoices and transaction-level support; CALIADNE remains responsible for its products, download fulfilment and product support. An order is confirmed only after successful payment is verified. Tax compliance coverage applies only to supported markets and eligible transactions, not every country; outside that coverage the seller retains any applicable tax responsibilities.
6. Delivery and access
After payment is confirmed, verified purchases appear in My Library in the account used for your purchase, with secure links for both PDF editions. Test purchases do not provide ownership or downloads on the live website. We do not promise lifetime access or unlimited download periods. Purchasing a product, including The CALIADNE Essentials Collection, does not include future products or releases. Your product is supplied when access is granted in My Library; please download and keep a copy of your files after purchase. Our Refund Policy explains change-of-mind requests and your consumer rights. Access granted by a refunded or disputed order may be revoked; this does not remove access from a separate valid purchase or limit your consumer rights.
7. PDF readers and technical requirements
Interactive editions are designed for compatible PDF readers on computers and supported tablets. Some browser viewers and PDF apps may not fully support interactive fields or saving entered information. We recommend saving a copy of your completed file. If you cannot open or use a file you have purchased, please contact us.

9. Intellectual property
All content on the website and in our products — including text, designs, photography, layouts and the CALIADNE name and logo — is owned by or licensed to Phoenix 33 Pty Ltd and protected by copyright and other laws. Purchasing a product gives you a licence to use it, not ownership of the intellectual property.

15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
