What format are the products?
All CALIADNE products are digital downloads. Each guide and planner includes two PDF editions: an interactive digital version and a printer-friendly version.
Nothing physical will be shipped.
How do I access my purchase?
After payment is confirmed, purchased PDFs appear in My Library in the account used for your purchase, with secure download links for both the interactive digital and printer-friendly editions.
Sign in to that account to download your files and keep a copy for personal use.
Can I print the guides and planners?
Yes. Every CALIADNE guide and planner includes a separate printer-friendly PDF edition, designed for A4 printing at home for personal use.
You can also use the interactive digital edition with a compatible PDF reader.
Is this medical advice?
No. CALIADNE guides and planners are created for educational and general wellbeing purposes.
They are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent medical conditions and do not replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

What is your refund policy?
Because CALIADNE products are delivered digitally, please review our Refund Policy before purchasing. Products are supplied once access is granted in My Library, and we do not generally offer change-of-mind refunds after supply, except as required by law.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law continue to apply, including where a product fails to meet applicable consumer guarantees.

What currency are prices in?
Catalogue prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST for Australian customers; GST is not added on top.
Where checkout is offered, Stripe/Link checkout shows the currency, applicable taxes and final total before payment. Tax coverage depends on supported markets and eligible transactions; it is not blanket worldwide coverage.
Will the interactive PDFs work on my device?
Our interactive PDF editions are designed for use with compatible PDF readers on computers and supported tablets.
Some built-in browser viewers and PDF apps may not fully support interactive fields or saving entered information.
For the best experience, use a compatible PDF reader and save a copy of your completed file.
What is included in The CALIADNE Essentials Collection?
The CALIADNE Essentials Collection includes these four wellness products:

Each product includes an interactive digital edition and a printer-friendly edition, giving you eight PDFs in total.
The CALIADNE Essentials Collection is priced at AUD $99, saving AUD $23 compared with the AUD $122 total for purchasing the four included products individually.
Only the four listed titles are included. Future products and releases, including the Motherhood Edit, Mediterranean Kitchen (including its cookbook) and Ambition Edit, are not included.
What if I have trouble accessing my downloads?
If you experience difficulty accessing your purchased files, please contact us at hello@caliadne.com.au for assistance.
After payment is confirmed, sign in to the account used for your purchase and open My Library. Access granted by a refunded or disputed order may be revoked, without removing access from a separate valid purchase. My Library.
